Rohit Sharma out for a duck in first match as Test opener

Rohit Sharma was dismissed for a second-ball duck on his first outing as a designated opener in the longest format on day 3 of the practice match between Board President XI and South Africa at Vizianagaram. Rohit was opening the innings with Mayank Agarwal. Incidentally, this will be India’s opening pair in the first Test at Visakhapatnam on October 2. But he was sent back by Vernon Philander in the second over.
