The state flag of J&K has been removed from the Srinagar Civil Secretariat building. Only the national flag above the construction flies high. Sources of the J&K administration have said that this will also be followed in other Govt offices. A top Said."The removal of the flag is in continuation of abrogation of Article 370 and not dependant on official bifurcation from October 31"
