To educate small and medium enterprises CII joins WhatsApp

To educate small and medium enterprises on how WhatsApp Business app can help them grow their businesses, the CII on Monday announced that it will work with Facebook-owned WhatsApp. They'll work unitedly to develop business communication for Indian SMEs through CII's SME Technology Facilitation Centre, which was made in 2016. On-ground training for SMEs will be held on features and practices for WhatsApp Business app.
