US senator asks FBI to investigate FaceApp

US Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer has demanded an investigation into FaceApp which alters your photo to make it look older or younger. In a letter posted on Twitter, Schumer termed it "deeply troubling" that personal data of US citizens may be hijacked by a "hostile foreign power". Privacy concerns have also been raised regarding the Russian company that developed the app since it went viral in recently.
