Virtual SIMs were used in Pulwama attacks, India seeks help from US

A probe into the Pulwama terror attacks revealed that the terrorists used 'virtual SIM' from a US service provider. Here, the computer generates a phone number that is linked to social media websites, a user downloads an app; verification code is received on the smartphone. India will seek help from the US & request to provide details of phone numbers who got in touch with virtual SIM & activated it.
