Ashok Leyland launches Oyster Bus in India

Ashok Leyland has unveiled its next-generation AC midi-bus in a premium category called Oyster. It’s designed and manufactured in-house, for staff and tourist commute. Oyster features 41 reclining seats along with rollover compliant. The driver can use a tilt and telescopic steering and cable shift gear mechanism that helps in easing the drivability of the bus. The engine is BS4 compliant, giving an output of 127 bhp.
