In a shocking turn events, Volkswagen parts supplier Prevent Group has filed a lawsuit alleging the German automaker has been using anti competitive tactics to prevent larger suppliers from acquiring smaller rivals in the US. The lawsuit also claims Volkswagen has extracted written agreements from suppliers not to sell themselves to Prevent Group. The company is now seeking damages in excess of $750 million.
