A small Bedford-based firm is providing an unexpected answer for anyone who wants to travel from Liverpool to Belfast but are concerned about the carbon imprint of flying. Hybrid Air Vehicles (HAV) have provided a solution to this dilemma. They are trying to build a new ecologically friendly airship (mostly commercial) 84 years after the Hindenburg tragedy. HAV hopes to start functioning at the beginning of the year 2025.
