Ford Motors to invest $11.4 billion for production of electric vehicle

US automaker Ford is planning to invest nearly $11.4 billion for the production of electric vehicles. The carmaker announced that it is building four new plants that will create 11,000 new jobs by 2025. Ford will set up factories in Kentucky and Tennessee with South Korean partner SK Innovation. Out of $11.4 billion, $7 billion will be invested by Ford while the rest will be invested by Sk Innovation.
