A motorist was fined for not wearing a helmet by the Kerala Traffic Police. A common thing but not when you are driving an SUV! Strange, right? Gopa Kumar was driving a Tata Nexon when he was challenged for not wearing a helmet; he shared the incident on social media. It's possible that he was expected to be charged with some other offence, but due to some confusion or by mistake, the cops mentioned 'No Helmet' in the receipt.
