Elon Musk addressed the spying-related concerns after the Chinese military banned Tesla cars from its facilities over concerns related to the cars being used for spying activity. While holding a virtual discussion with a prominent Chinese forum, Musk said that Tesla would shut down if its cars were used for spying in China or elsewhere. "There's a very strong incentive for us to be very confidential with any information," he said.
