Tokyo court frees Nissan's Greg Kelly on bail

Going by the Japanese media, the Tokyo District Court has granted bail to the Nissan Motor Co.'s ex-Representative Director Greg Kelly on Tuesday at $635,612. The bail indicates that he could be released from detention soon. Kelly was arrested on doubt that he helped dismissed Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn undervalue Ghosn’s income on various years of financial statements. Carlos is currently in police custody.
