U.K. court Judge Emma Arbuthnot was hearing the 2nd bail plea of fugitive Nirav Modi on Friday when she said that she is getting a sense of deja vu as she pointed the extradition of Vijay Mallya. She then asked where Modi will be kept if extradited to India, to which his lawyer replied that he might be taken to the same jail prepared for Maylla. After which she joked, "it could even be the same jail cell."
