Though the internet population in India is increasing, the e-commerce industry has faced a great loss due to a decline in online shopping users. In the last 12 months, around 54 million users after their first purchase have not purchased anything else online. And this has caused a loss of $50 billion to the e-commerce business. The main reason for this decline was the language barrier and complex user interface.
