Adi Godrej's FY19 remuneration 144 times higher than median employee pay

GCPL Chairman Adi Godrej got a total remuneration of Rs 6.07 crore in the fy 2018-19, that was 144 times higher than the median remuneration paid to the company's employees. His overall remuneration dropped by 20 times from the fy 2017-18. Despite the decrease in annual remuneration, his median was 311.26 times the median pay of GCPL's employees. The median remuneration of all GCPL employees was Rs 4.21 lakh for 2018-19.
