Air India Pilots demand flying allowance else they won't fly

The pilots of Air India have demanded their flying allowance and also said that if they are not paid, they shall stop flying in return. They were solely paid their salary however, the flying allowance is their major part because salary constitutes only the 30%. The pilots complain that they are never paid the full amount, however, each employee in the air India gets their full pay every month.
