SpiceJet and Air India have stepped in to stabilize India's aviation industry and ease the pain from wage losses caused by Jet Airways. Both the carriers have volunteered to temporarily use Jet Airways' planes on key international routes from next Tuesday. SpiceJet will use 30-40 of Jet's Boeing 737s while Air India has decided to take five of the Boeing 777s along with some B737s for its budget arm, AI Express.
