Amazon CEO still reads customers emails, Answers few

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said, he still reads customers email that he received each day. CEO says that he have customer-facing email address in which customers can send him emails regarding the services. He doesn't answer many of them but reads all emails and sometimes he forward the emails to the company staff. Amazon market capitalization is about $780 billion and according to Forbes, Jeff worth $132.5 billion.
