Amazon made Rs 51 crore equity investment in QDigi

US-based e-commerce giant Amazon has recently made an equity investment of Rs 51 crore in an after-sales support company for an electronic product, QDigi. It is a subsidiary of Bengaluru based business service firm Quess Corp. Earlier, QDigi was a subsidiary of HCL infosystems. QDigi is an after-sales service provider for mobile phones, consumer electronics, and consumer durables in the customer life-cycle management space.
