Amid expansion, OYO China carries out mass firing by laying off 1,000 employees

As the OYO is walking on the path of expansion has come the mass lay off across it's business development and operations teams in China. Nearly 1000 employees will be fired from the development team and half of the employees will be removed from the operations team. In a press statement, OYO said that its corporate management culture is performance-oriented & can't tolerate continual failure of employees to meet targets.
