According to a report, businessman Anil Ambani is likely to face fresh enforcement action from 3 Chinese banks in connection with the loan repayment of $716 million or nearly Rs 5,300 crore. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Export-Import Bank of China and the China Development Bank are looking at legal options to recover the amount. Ambani was ordered by a UK court on May 22 this year to pay Rs 5,276 crore.
