SoftBank-backed Oyo Hotels & Homes announced chief executive of investment firm Baja Corporation, Betsy Atkins as an independent director of the firm. Atkins has sat on the boards of numerous leading corporations, including, Schneider Electric, Volvo, Polycom, and Nasdaq, among others. He will play a supervisory role and provide guidance to the founder and the management, on key business decisions.
