Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has pledged $250 million to “support the research, development, and equitable delivery of lifesaving tools" for an effective fight against the novel coronavirus. Bill Gates has extended financial help worth $1.75 billion to fight the pandemic till now. Gates said the world should return to normalcy in the first half of 2022 as several covid vaccines will get approved by summer 2021.
