Billionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has been summoned by the Securities and Exchange Board of India in a case of alleged insider trading in shares of the training company. The market regulator is also reportedly probing the role of other family members, as well as some board members, including investor Ramesh S Damani and director Madhu Jayakumar. The ace investor is also called 'Warren Buffet of India'.
