Bitcoin price plummets after hitting record high, India planning ban on cryptos

Days after hitting its all-time high of $61,781.83 on Saturday, Bitcoin prices dropped on Monday. Meanwhile, reports stating India planning a ban on the trading of cryptocurrencies emerged online. As per the reports, the Indian government may bring legislation to penalise those trading in cryptocurrencies after a ban is imposed. The price of the crypto giant fell 5.3% at $55,865. ALTS were also in the red zone.
