Bombay high court on Friday adjourned the hearing on the bail plea of Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL) promoter Kapil Wadhawan, arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the money-laundering probe against late gangster Iqbal Mirchi. Wadhawan had approached the high court on Thursday challenging the order of the special Prevention of Money Laundering Act remanding him in ED custody twice.
