FM Nirmala Sitharaman in a press conference on the state of the Indian economy amid a slowdown announces that govt has decided to withdraw surcharge on FPI and angle tax on startups. The CSR violations wouldn't be treated as a criminal offence, and all pending GST refunds will now be released within 30 days. BS-IV vehicles purchased till 31.3.20 to remain operational till the period of registration.
