Central Government likely to block cryptocurrency exchanges' IP address

In a bid to prevent people from trading in cryptocurrencies in India, the central government is reportedly planning to block the IP addresses of companies/exchanges providing a platform for trading. This is amid the reports that emerged last month according to which, the finance ministry was planning to introduce a bill against cryptocurrencies. RBI governor had also expressed his concerns over Bitcoin.
