Centre proposes Aadhar-linked portal for 250 million migrants

In a bid to help the migrants across the country amid the ongoing crisis, the centre has proposed a portal to enroll over 250 million migrants from all across the country. The portal will be aimed at the social and financial upliftment of the migrants and it will be linked to various ongoing programs, such as Ayushman Bharat and Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. Migrants will be able to register in the portal through Aadhar.
