Coronavirus in India: Flipkart shuts services, Amazon puts a break on non-essential sales

E-commerce giants Amazon India and Flipkart have temporarily suspended their services as Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a 21 day lockdown to break the chain and stop the spread of the novel coronavirus. However, the Amazon said it will serve only products of high priority. Amazon pantry has been temporarily closed in several other countries as well. Flipkart completely halted its services amid the outbreak.
