Cyberattack on New Zealand stock exchange leads to website crash

The New Zealand Stock Exchange was attacked by cybercriminals on Monday. The Stock Exchange website crashed following the cyberattack. However, the website was restored one hour later at 10 am. A spokesperson of the stock exchange said the website was affected due to the cyberattack. However, the trading continued as well. Leading cyber defence experts have been called for assistance after the attack.
