Delhi, the 10th fastest growing market globally

According to Knight Frank's Prime Global Index, Delhi is the 10th fastest growing prime market globally. The index tracks movement in luxury residential prices across 46 cities globally. Berlin is leading the index with a 12.7% growth in the year to June period. Delhi, with its limited supply of luxury properties, witnessed a 4.4% rise in a weighted average of capital values. Istanbul and Vancouver were the weakest markets.
