Dethroning Indian Oil corp, Reliance becomes the biggest Indian company

Reliance Industries has dethroned state-owned Indian Oil Corporation to become the country's biggest company by revenue in the 2018-19 fiscal year. IOC has reported a turnover of Rs 6.17 lakh crore and Reliance Industries has reported a turnover of Rs 6.23 lakh crore. Reliance is also the most profitable company in India. The net profit of IOC has declined by 23.6% while Reliance's net profit increased by 13% in the last FY.
