122-year old Indian business family, Godrej, have hired bankers and lawyers to split the land of their fathers. Cousins Adi Godrej and Jamshyd Godrej are known to have a difference in opinion on how to develop an enormous land bank that extends over 3,400 acres in Mumbai and pave the way for real estate development. It was their fathers, Ardeshir and Pirojsha, who founded the Godrej group and have been acquiring the land since the 1940s.
