Ecoark Holdings files a case against Walmart for stealing its concept

Silicon Valley company Zest Labs and its parent company Ecoark Holdings, on Wednesday, has filed a $2 billion lawsuit against Walmart, saying that they have stolen their concept of Zest Fresh, a machine which preserves food for a long time. By using their idea they have made 'Eden' which looks, sounds and functions like their product. It also says that Walmart was working with them on it before they lost interest.
