SpaceX mogul and Tesla CEO, Elon Musk has now become the world's fourth richest person. Musk achieved the feat after Tesla shares surged by 11% on Monday. Tesla overtook French luxury tycoon Bernard Arnault, the wealthiest non-American on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. He is now behind Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, the third on the list, by $15 billion. The Tesla CEO enjoys a fortune worth $84.8 billion.
