Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman proposed Investment clearance cell for entrepreneurs. She said India for a millennium has been rich in skills in metallurgy and trading and entrepreneurship is the spirit of India. She also added that the government will create more opportunities for startup owners. "The individuals will be offered assistance in funding as well and a portal will be set up for this purpose," she added.
