Flipkart brings in new flexible & inclusive employee benefit program

Flipkart introduces a new employee benefits program "FlexBen 2019", where an employee can choose their own benefits package depending on their requirements. The new scheme offers coverage for LGBT couples, choice of additional child care or parent care coverage and more options for single employees. It is also inclusive of multiple enhanced benefits covering surrogacy, mental well-being and gender reassignment surgery.
