Flipkart gets notice from GOQii over deep discounting on its product

California and Mumbai-based smart wearables maker GOQii Technologies startup has sent a legal notice to e-commerce giant Flipkart as it was providing deep discounting on its products which allegedly violated the sales agreement between the 2 firms. The founder of the start-up Vishal Gondal said that Flipkart was selling products at prices lower than cost price violating the deal. GOQii is set to drag Flipkart to court.
