On Monday the founder and CEO of Ted Baker Plc, Ray Kelvin has resigned over the allegations of forceful hugging, although he has denied the claims. The fashion retailer firm carried out an investigation against him in December over misconduct claims. Ray agreed to resign from immediate effect even after declining the allegations for the company's progress. He is the firm's top shareholder with 35% stakes.
