A CEO of a company in New Zealand is trying to implement the system of 4 days work in a week. The trial was successful. Perpetual Guardian, teamed up with researchers, conducted the test with 240 employees for 2 months. As a result, employees were able to maintain their job performance while reducing the overall stress level from 45% to 38%. Also the ability to manage work-life balance improved from 54% to 78%.
