Gender gap: 10 out of 21 Indian banks do not have any woman director

According to a study by Prime Database, India's state-owned banks are lagging behind when it comes to giving women a fair chance and only 10 out of 21 government banks have women director even after SEBI mandated companies to appoint at least 1 woman director on the board. Andhra Bank, Canara Bank, United Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Vijaya Bank, UCO Bank, and Dena Bank have failed to comply with the order.
