Goa CM Pramod Sawant says resumption of tourism will start state's economy

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has expressed hope over the revival of economy and boost in the growth, once the tourism in state is resumed. "In this unlock phase, we are kickstarting our economy again by keeping the highest health safety norms in place in view of COVID19," Sawant wrote on Twitter. Domestic tourists will be allowed to visit either with a Covid19 negative certificate or will have to be tested in the state.
