Greenko plans to purchase Reliance Infra for 14k Cr

Renewable company Greenko is looking forward to buy Reliance Infrastructure’s Mumbai Electricity Biz for worth $2.15 billion. The Singapore’s GIC and Abu Dhabi Investment’s backed Greenko has submitted a non-binding and time-bound offer and waiting for Reliance’s response. The offer is valid until this week unless both the companies agree for negotiations.
