India develops a land pool double the size of Luxembourg to lure businesses to move out of China

As per sources, India is developing a land double the size of Luxembourg (which is spread across 243,000 hectares) to offer business moving out from China. A total area of 461,589 hectares is identified across the country for this purpose. It includes 115,131 hectares of existing industrial land in states like Gujarat & Maharashtra, TN & AP. Currently, investors keen on setting up a factory in India must buy land on its own.
