India fourth most powerful nation in Asia, reveals Asia Power Index

According to the Sydney-based Lowy Institute's Asia Power Index for 2020, India is the fourth most powerful country in the Asia pacific. US is still at the top of the Asia Power Index. However, the report has revealed that China is closing in on US as the most powerful country. As per the projection by the Lowy Institute, India will reach 40% of China's economic output by 2030. Japan is third on the list.
