India is the 3rd optimistic nation on hiring intention, while Taiwan tops the list. According to a survey by Manpower Group India, India is experiencing workforce gains in all sectors in all 4 regions of the country. The ManPower has interviewed 59,000 employers globally in 43 countries and territories on their hiring plans, job volatility and other points. The report also forecasts payroll gains in the 1st quarter of 2018.
