Water crisis slowed down economic growth, and regulatory hurdles have made things difficult, and India had witnessed slowest business sentiment in June this year, since 2016. As per the survey, The private sector companies forecast of output fell from +18% in Feb to +15% in June. The available data also shows that Capital investment confidence in India is among the weakest of all countries, ahead of only China and the UK.
