As according to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey, it has been concluded that the Indian firms are the seventh most optimistic globally as the 17% of its employers are quite confident in hiring the plans in another three months. It was noted that payroll this year is quite stable if compared to the previous years. There is an improvement of 1% in hiring prospects in India this year.
