The relationship between Ola and the Karnataka government doesn't seem to be at the right path as the services of the ride-hailing app were suspended for 6 months in the past due to violation issue in the state. Again the problem between the 2 bodies begun after Ola violated another law by charging Ola Prime Play customers with a convenience fee for using the value-added service of Ola Play, which was launched in 2016.
